Al-jibla(h) – Klatchian counterpart to C.M.O.T. Dibbler.

Alberto Malich the Wise (Albert) – Founder of Unseen University. “Wise” may just be an honorarium. Death’s housekeeper.

Archchancellor Bewdley – Accidentally opened a magical hole in his left boot.

Archchancellor Bill Rincewind – Archchancellor of Bugarup University.

Archchancellor Mustrum Ridcully the Brown – Prominent leader of Unseen University. Sorta good at what he does – whatever that is.

Bluey – Watchman in Fourecks.

“Bogeyboy” Swallett – Led an (eventually unsuccessful) expedition to find the Lost Reading Room.

Bonza Charlie – Created (earlier) the equivalent of Maxwell’s Impressive Separator in Fourecks.

Bursar, The – At UU, but not a wizard. Needs his dried frog pills. Aka Mr. Dinwiddie.

Chair of Indefinite Studies – Overweight wizard of UU. In on the discussion of the moving picture Blown Away.

Charley (cook) – Head cook at the Bugarup Opera House. Has a problem with the name Dame Nellie Butt. Can’t imagine why.

Clancy (Fourecks) – Works for Remorse. Good at making up Ecksian slang.

Clive – With Shirl, Gerleen, and a mate, planned to go to Ankh-Morpork from Fourecks.

Cohen the Barbarian – Ghenghiz Cohen. The Disc’s greatest warrior, a legend in his own time. Or as he says, “I’m a lifetime in my own legend.”

Crocodile Dongo – Aka Crocodile Crocodile. Runf a pub in Dijabringabeeralong.

“Cruddy” Trusset – Contemporary of Ponder Stibbons. He has good hair.

Cut-me-own-throat (C.M.O.T) Dibbler – Originally known as Claude Maximillian Overton Transpire Dibbler. Entrepreneur (unsuccessful). Will sell you a “pig” sausage innabun. Don’t ask questions.

Daggy – Has a shearing gang in Fourecks. Rincewind lost his money playing Two Up with the gang.

Dame Janeen Ormulu – For whom the Orange Ormulu is named (by Charley’s father).

Dame Margyreen Glazier – For who the Apple Glazier is named.

Dame Nellie Butt – For whom Rincewind named the Peach Nellie.

Dame Wendy Sackville – For whom the Strawberry Sackville is named.

Darleen – Petunia member who can do an awesome performance of Prancing Queen.

Dean B. Smoth – Dean of Bugarup University.

Dean of Pentacles – Wizard of UU who thought there was too much sex “these days”.

Death – An anthrpomorphic personification comprised of a skeleton, covered in a black robe, and holding a scythe (or a sword, for kings). He communicates in CAPTIAL LETTERS without the quotation marks.

Death of Rats – Once part of Death, he retained his own identity even after Bill Door ceased to be.

Dib Diblossonson – Country unknown. Probably a dwarf. (Would likely be Scandinavian on the Roundworld.)

“Dicky” Bird – Wizard who was highly susceptible to magical fields.

Disembowel-Meself-Honourably Dibhala-san – Entrepreneur in the Agatean Empire.

Doughnut Jimmy / James Folsom – Horse doctor to the stars of Discworld.

Duncan – Fair Go Dibbler’s mate.

Egregious Professor of Cruel and Unusual Geography – Came to an end (except for his boots) on Mono Island. Rincewind was appointed his successor.

Fair Go Dibbler – Fourecks incarnation of C.M.O.T. Dibbler in Ankh-Morpork.

Farter Carter – With Really Pants, would put on a show at Hogswatch parties.

Galder Weatherwax – Supreme Grand Conjuror of the Order of the Silver Star, Lord Imperial of the Sacred Staff, Eighth Level Ipsissimus and 304th Chancellor of Unseen University…to his friends.

Gerleen – With Clive, Shirl, and a mate, planned to go to Ankh-Morpork from Fourecks.

Germaine Trifle – Latest soprano at the Bugarup Opera House. Charley the cook approves.

Gertrude Plusher – Known to the Bursar. Face like a brick.

God of Evolution – On Mono Island, he gets a whole new perspective on things after “the talk” with Mrs. Whitlow.

Great A’Tuin – He or she is the turtle who moves through space in the Discworld universe. On his or her back are 4 elephants. On the backs of the elephants rests the Disc itself.

Greg – Assistant to the head gaoler in Bugarup.

Hoki – God of practical jokes. Banished from Dunmanifestin.

Hollowlog Joe – Patron of Crocodile’s pub.

Idle Ahmed – Owns a shop (probably a grocery) in Bugarup.

Imposo – Cook who invented the Apple Glazier.

King Herod – Roundworld ruler in ancient Israel. Compared, unfavorably, to Ridcully.

Larrikin Larry – Lost his head (literally) when hanged in Fourecks.

Lecturer in Recent Runes – Wizard at UU. Contrived wearing false beards over their beards as a disguise.

Lecturer in Creative Uncertainty – Claimed he was both “in” and “out” of his office at UU until such time as someone knocked on his door.

Letitia – The Petunia member in the blue spangled dress.

(Head) Librarian – Formerly human, now simian. Favorite (and nearly only) word: Oook.

Lisa Delight – Former soprano with the Bugarup Opera House. Not known for a dessert.

Luggage, The – A mysterious box made of sapient pearwood that ambles about on hundreds of tiny feet. It arrived in Ankh-Morpork with Twoflower.

Ly Tin Wheedle – A famous philosopher. I’m certain his name means something, but I don’t know what.

Machiavelli – Roundworld personality. He couldn’t have run a whelk stall compared to the Patrician of Ankh-Morpork.

Mad – A funny – as in, weird – thing happened to him on the way to NoThingfjord. Gave a ride to Rincewind in Fourecks.

Maxwell – Created the Impressive Separator spell that used nano-demons to unmix two things.

May-I-Be-Kicked-In-My-Own-Icehole Dibooki – Country unknown. (Would likely be Eskimo on the Roundworld.)

May-I-Never-Achieve-Enlightenment Dhiblang – Country unknown. (Would likely be Asiatic on the Roundworld.)

McAbre – Head Beldlow (policeman) at Unseen University. Responsible (loosely speaking) for the Ceremony of the Keys.

Medley the Medical Kleptomaniac – Found, by the Watch, to have collected more eyeballs than Blind Io had.

Mr Whitlow – Assumed husband of Mrs. Whitlow, mentioned in passing.

Mrs Dibbler (of Fair Go) – Mate of Fair Go Dibbler.

Mrs Whitlow – Chief servant, Aye believe, at Unseen University. A psychic.

Neilette – Replaced her bother, Noelene, in Petunia.

Neolene – Brother of Neilette. Former Petunia member.

Nunco – Cook who invented the Strawberry Sackville.

Ossory – A Great Prophet often quoted by Brutha. Wrote the Book of St Ossory.

Petunia, The Desert Princess – Drag group consisting of Neilette, Letitia, and Darleen. The Luggage gets a ride in their cart.

Ponder Stibbons – A student wizard. Reader in Invisible Writings. Often the brains of UU.

Professor of Recondite Architecture and Origami Map Folding – Useful man for finding your way around Unseen University.

Queen Zazumba – Leader of Sumtri Island. While on Mono Island, Mrs. Whitlow imitated her attire which was much appreciated by the Senior Wrangler.

Remorse – Leader of a bunch of stockmen who are chasing some horses and encounter Rincewind on Snowy.

Rincewind – A seemingly minor wizard who plays a major role in several Discworld novels. He is extremely good at running away.

Sir Roderick Purdeigh – Spent years looking for Fourecks but never found it. Included in an entry in Lives of the Very Dull People.

Ron (cook) – Assistant cook at the Bugarup Opera House.

Ronald “Really” Pants – With Farter Carter, would put on a show at Hogswatch parties.

“Rubber” Houser – Invented the Graphical Device.

Salid – An artist in Fourecks. Actually an arty blager.

Scrappy – A kangaroo who claims he’s there to help Rincewind in Fourecks.

Senior Wrangler – Wizard at UU. This is an actual position in the Roundworld as well.

Shirl – With Clive, Gerleen, and a mate, planned to go to Ankh-Morpork from Fourecks.

Sid – Assistant cook at the Bugarup Opera House. Opens the door for the gaolers chasing Rincewind.

Snowy – Horse owned for a questionable amount of time by Daggy. He gave it to Rincewind so he could get to Bugarup. Snowy is a very special horse.

Strewth – Opal miner in Fourecks who found an “opal” egg that hatched The Luggage.

Swallow-Me-Own-Blowdart Dlang-Dlang – Country unknown. Possibly Klatchian.

Tezumen – People of the Tezuman Empire.

Tinhead Ned – Escape artist, of a sort. His note on the prison ceiling helped Rincewind escape too.

Vince – Assistant to the head gaoler in Bugarup.

Wally Sluvver – Taught for three years post mortem at UU.

Wasport – Author of Lives of Very Dull People.

Weezencake – Creator of the Unreliable Algorithm used to assemble “new” books in L-space.

Wrencher – Author of Snakes of All Nations.
